A Sky spokesperson wrote on Twitter: “We are investigating an issue affecting some Sky Broadband and Talk customers in Norfolk and Suffolk. We’re sorry for any inconvenience this may be causing.”
The Sky might have apologized for the inconvenience caused by they have not revealed the reason what has caused the outage and how much time does it takes to get fixed.
